“Tried their best to help me with online gait analysis, however I need a neutral shoe, but have subsequently been told no more running now until possibly after op, fingers crossed I will run again! I’m hyper mobile so am tricky to prescribe shoes for but definitely need a neutral and not support, after twenty mins wear in the home my foot was sore They issued me a refund on return, for which I’m greatful”

“Just a note to express my gratitude and appreciation of the excellent service I received from both Cardiff and Edinburgh stores during my recent purchase of Hoka trainers. The level of care, professionalism and service I received in store in Cardiff (and also via email and telephone conversation with the Edinburgh store) was above and beyond in my opinion. The trainers arrived very quickly in the post and I am extremely appreciative of everyone’s efforts including a most generous refund. Again - thank-you! Whilst in store in Cardiff I must also highly commend the knowledgeable store personnel who both helped me and my wife choosing trainers. I will be recommending the store far and wide.”

“First time user of this company, and have to say I am impressed. One of the very few companies who cater for those of us with wide feet and to date the best selection I have found yet. Needed a new pair of running shoes and being unable to visit the shop in person I purchased a pair online. The shoes were dispatched quickly, and were well packaged. Unfortunately they were not a good fit and had to be returned, but as the return slip and address label were provided the whole process was very quick and easy. Refund was issued as soon as they were received by the company. Would certainly recommend Run and Become to anyone”
