“We have used Ruislip Appliances over many years and turned to them again when our dishwasher and washing machine both gave up in the same week. We were able to find new graded replacements, with only slight damage which was hardly visible, at a much lower price than available elsewhere. Service was great. We were able to talk to an assistant over the phone and seek advice about models available. Delivery was efficient and the delivery men polite, friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly.”

“The staff could not have been more helpful pre purchase, patiently answering detailed questions. It all went wrong when the Palletline driver failed to deliver the microwave as well as the fridge. My husband didnt realise the were coming together Because the driver signed the receipt with false intials we were unable to get a refund. They could have done more to help.”

“Searching for a replacement appliance, came across Ruislip, called them, asked them to check stock, placed order online, called back to confirm receipt of order, delivered in 3 days, 200 miles away. No hassle, no waffle, really helpful! Will use them again.”

“Very efficient service and we only had to wait a couple of days for delivery. The oven seems to be in excellent condition. It would have been nice to have had a rough idea of the time of delivery a little earlier in the day. We only heard just before 5pm, but we appreciate that was in the window of time given for delivery.”
