“The staff could not have been more helpful pre purchase, patiently answering detailed questions. It all went wrong when the Palletline driver failed to deliver the microwave as well as the fridge. My husband didnt realise the were coming together Because the driver signed the receipt with false intials we were unable to get a refund. They could have done more to help.”

We are so sorry you had a bad experience with the third-party courier! Unfortunately, things are out of our control if we are unable to deliver them ourselves with our in-house delivery team, but we use couriers in order to supply customers who are outside our area. This issue has now been resolved with Pallentline.

“Searching for a replacement appliance, came across Ruislip, called them, asked them to check stock, placed order online, called back to confirm receipt of order, delivered in 3 days, 200 miles away. No hassle, no waffle, really helpful! Will use them again.”

“Very efficient service and we only had to wait a couple of days for delivery. The oven seems to be in excellent condition. It would have been nice to have had a rough idea of the time of delivery a little earlier in the day. We only heard just before 5pm, but we appreciate that was in the window of time given for delivery.”

“I found this company through U Tube when I was looking for information on Induction hobs. The video they put up helped me a lot, and so I rang them and again they were very helpful.
