“I purchased a Lec fridge and freezer by telephone, the service that I recived was excellent, It was an easy process. They were both reasonably priced and were delivered and the old units taken away within a few days. No problems at all, they are working nicely.”

“I saw a slightly damaged dishwasher on their website. I walked into their shop, bought it and using their recommended fitter, I had a new dishwasher installed within 24 hours of my old one failing. I highly recommend them.”

“Ruislip Appliances were very efficient in helping me to choose a replacement fridge freezer and they gave me the number of someone who would remove my old one and refit the new product. A Very good service, Informative, helpful and polite. I would use them again.”

“Amazing service. I arrived at 9.45am as my washing machine had caught on fire! The salesman was very helpful and by 1pm on the same day I had my old washing machine removed and the new 1 up and running! The price was very reasonable and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Won't shop anywhere else now!”

“Very happy with the telephone order, the person was very helpful and knowledgeable (sorry cannot remember his name). He also advised me that the people who will deliver the Dishwasher, they will install it and take us through the operation and explain what we need to know. Well they delivered and installed the machine but they were in a terrible hurry, they took our old dishwasher for recycling and left. Regrettably they didn't explain anything and didn't even showed us the basic operation of the dishwasher, unlike what we were told by the sales people. I would have likes to give 5 star but was somehow disappointed by the delivery people.”

“Great service, friendly and helpful. Ok, it's a first world problem, a broken dishwasher. Nevertheless, ordered on a Wednesday night, due for delivery on Friday which would have been great, but they went one better and delivered on Thursday.”

“I have purchased several appliances from Ruislip Appliances , very helpful as not always easy to source correct size, colour brand etc. very competitively priced too. Had a fridge delivered this week and old one removed, delivery team excellent and obliging and for me, most important of all, respectful of my home! ps. delivery took over a month as no UK stock availably and we wanted this particular model, all competitors would not even commit to a delivery/supply date.”

“Brilliant local firm, always very helpful and have wide range of best quality stock. Excellent delivery and collection arrangements for installation and removal of old appliances. Much better to use this local firm and keep local businesses going than the major national companies with their high pressure sales and unwanted extras whenever you go to places like the South Ruislip stores.”

“Great service from Ruislip Appliances. Ordered a new dishwasher for delivery and installation. Got a call the same day saying they could deliver that afternoon. They turned up on time, very friendly, got on with the job, no fuss! Very happy with my dishwasher too.”
