“Good rug, good price, not a very easy website to use if wanting to view by price and size, as we did, and the delivery window was a full day, which as we work ment we missed the first attempted delivery. Other than that, very happy.”

“The item was out of stock when I ordered but I was kept informed of when it would be in stock and it was delivered before the date given.The packaging was excellent and the size and colour were just as seen on the website.I would definitely deal with this company again.”

“Placed order, email back to say it would be with them in 7 days .?? After this kept well informed, rug arrived with good communication as to when. Happy will product, would use them again.”

“Speedy delivery. The product is as expected, looks good quality. The only problems I notice are that the rug had a stain, but only on the bottom so no big deal. Also, the corners are still turning up at the end because it was rolled up for so long. Maybe it should be rolled the other way when stored, so the corners want to turn down instead.”

“Very speedy service and I'm very happy with my purchase, which is as described. However, delivery was a little tricky. Very short notice of intended delivery date was given and I was unable to be there. A card was left and having gone online to say I would collect from a nearby town, I arrived at a (hard to find) depot to be told the rug was out for delivery. I then had to drag the rug from the porch up to my second floor flat without help. So, great rug, not so great delivery.”
