“Fantastic service and great quality rug. I ordered my rug on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered (free) on Tuesday morning. Really good quality wool rug at a great price. I would definitely recommend.”

“I ordered two rugs from Rugstore NE and was absolutely delighted with with the service. Before I made my order, the website made it quite clear that the item was not in stock and provided details of when it was likely to be in stock. The company kept me informed throughout the process and I received the products sooner than expected. I was very pleased with the rugs which were of good quality and good value for money. In an era when customer service seems to be lacking, Rugstore NE is a little gem. I would highly recommend.”

“Don’t usually leave reviews but the service was amazing. Friendly and helpful on the phone, rug delivered within two days, the week before Christmas and the rug is perfect, good quality and I would definitely recommend this company.”
