“My order has been out for delivery by courier for 2 days, yesterday the courier frustratingly could not find my address although I've given my contact phone number for him to call. I'm still waiting for it's arrival on the following day. Very disappointing that it's still not arrived at 7pm although I was told it would be here by now. Please advise.”

I am very sorry that you have problems with our couriers and I appreciate your frustration. We will hopefully have the issue resolved by the end of today and we will contact you later to confirm this. Although we would prefer all our ratings to be 5 star and not one, I thank you for your feedback as it does help us improve on areas that need attention from time to time. “I didn't buy anything from them, I don't know who they are and I have no idea why they've asked for feedback. They might be a leading rug supplier but when it comes to keeping records they suck big time!”

Hi Patricia, According to our records a Patricia Duarte Marques purchased a York Poppy Red rug from us on 18th June 2014 and used your email address. The feedback email you received has been auto generated from Reviews.co.uk, this is usually generated from from the tracking emails we send to our customers when we dispatch a rug. I am not sure why you have received it so long after the delivery date but I will look into it. If you check your Paypal account for this date you should find the transaction there. regards Tony

“The rug was fine but after following all instructions re delivery to leave in safe place and pick up note etc the item was left outside by front door in full sight .the note wasn't collected and the rug could easily have been stolen . !!!”

“Service was good no issues with delivery etc, however, the quality of the product is poor particularly considering what I paid for the product. I paid close to double for this rug than I did my previous rug, but it is nowhere near the same quality. Very disappointing.”
