“Good service, fast delivery, item exactly what I wanted”

“Excellent value for money and impressed with speedy delivery. My only complaint is that the colours were not accurately represented in the photo on the website. The elements that I was expecting to be cream were in fact grey and the purple shades were not as vibrant as I would have liked.”

“Issue with online payment which meant paying over the phone. Having said that, customer service was good and prompt delivery. And the rug is reet nice too!”

“I didn't receive an order acknowledgment after placing the order.My experience shows that most companies generate an email almost straight away,which prompted me to phone you the following day.My mind was put at rest by Alison who sent me a confirmation that day.Apart from that I was kept informed of the delivery of my order and was very pleased with the price and quality of my rug and so is my wife,it was a gift for her.”

“Rugs were as pictured and described. The ones I ordered were beautiful and were as expected, thank you! However it would be even better if you could offer express delivery for those wanting this option.”

“Hi , thank you for my beautiful rug. The service prior delivery was very good - I was kept informed via email about the progress and processing of the order. The quality of the rug is good - however not sure if it comes with a guarantee ? also possibly some care instructions? Thank you . K Jan”

“I am really glad I have been given this opportunity to write a review about rugstore ne as I have never had such amazing treatment from a company! Tony could not have been more helpful. I needed my rug quickly and he liaised with manufacturer and got the rug to me on a next day delivery. He kept me updated every step of the wsy and was very honest with what was happening abd timescales etc. I was taken aback by how kind, honest and helpful they eere and would highly recommend them! Thank you x”
