“I've been looking for a large planter for ages and I've finally found one, in this trough for my shady side return. I can't wait to fill it with ferns and hosta's. Thanks Ruby UK for creating the perfect planter. Definitely going to invest in the other sizes.”

“Ordered shiplap timber in various lengths for a workshop project on a Thursday and it was delivered on the Saturday. The delivery driver was great he unloaded the van by himself in order to observe social distancing which was really appreciated. The timber appears to be of good quality although I have not yet had a chance to unpack the bundles. I am already plannung a further project and would certainly order from them again.”

“obviously you didn't receive my message of gratitude ...however excellent product delivered well within 24 hrs by DX - thankfully not Royal Mail in these times.....As a new customer its important to get things of to a good start.... I believe i spoke to James (new boy - started monday) didnt know everything ... but didnt need to.. just asked a colleague ...Sorted.”
