“Excellent customer service, easy to order and delivery was prompt. I did have an issue with a missing item but this was dealt with extremely quickly and was delivered within 48hours. I would definitely recommend and use Ruby UK for future orders”

“I have used Ruby a few times for wood as they have a much bigger range than the usual DIY stores and I was looking for some extra long pieces. Easy to use the website and good customer relations if you do need to phone for any reason. You also get a timed delivery slot which saves you waiting in all day. I will use again in the future.”
