“The product seems fine, but postage was ridiculous.”

Hello - we are very sorry that you are not happy with our postage charge. For orders over £50.00 this is free to most UK postcodes. I can see it was just one item that you ordered and so that is why you were charged our minimum courier fee of £15.00 as this item is too large to send with Royal Mail. Kind regards Nikki

“Prompt delivery and free if over £50. With any natural timber product you do get the occasional warp or bend in the wood, but the Customer Service is excellent at sorting out any problems.”

“Wood was soaking wet. Been in the garage nearly a month still not dry. Looks like it was stored in a swimming pool. If the wood bows i will be seeking compensation”
