“Having confirmed delivery instructions prior to placing the order, what seemed a simple request to be "informed of delivery day & time" turned out to be impossible for Ruby to carry out. 1 to 5 day delivery turned out to be 10 day, No response from " transport manager" as promised by "on line chat" response. No confirmation email on day of delivery nor text/call from delivery driver. However the product, 12ft gate is excellent and great quality.”

“Good quality product. Order was delayed, understandable at the moment, but communication was poor. When order arrived it was the wrong size (3 boards instead of 2, but given the issues I just accepted it. Still looks good.”

“Ordered twice from Ruby Group - first time all ok - second time the wrong timber was delivered - however a webchat and phonecall quickly sorted this out. A few days later, the wrong items were collected and the correct ones delivered. Impressed with speedy and courteous service - will definitely use again!”
