“Needed a gate to replace an old one. After much research on retailers, manufacturers, making one myself or having one made locally, I decided on Ruby.my decision was based on design, sizes available and price. My order was acknowledged immediately and they were able to accommodate a last minute change of size. The gate was delivered ahead of schedule by a friendly and very helpful member of their staff. I am very satisfied with the service and quality and would have no hesitation using Ruby again, or recommending them.”

“I used Ruby for the first time, there was a small issue with the gate when it arrived as it was slightly damaged. I reached out to the and within minutes they had responded and agreed to send me a new gate. Which turned up in perfect condition. Truly incredible customer service and great products at a great price!”

“Overall my latest experience has been poor. Before ordering we check on a lead time. We were told 2-3 weeks. At week 4 we contacted to check time scale and were told it would be end of week. This carried on for two additional weeks with a promise of delivery then silence. We finally arranged delivery for end of week 6 only to be told at 3:30 on the Friday if we could confirm the drawings so they could start manufacturing. We were then asked if they could substitute the oak for softwood as it was “easier”. Deliver on week 7, Arrived and quality ok but not great. Signs of woodworm but told this was “normal” and offered £150 compensation (5%) Overall it was sorted however poor experience”

“Product is excellent Ive bought 2 pergolas because I loved the 1st one so much. Very easy to assemble I'd give this 5 stars but for the delivery problem Courier never notified me of delivery. I was short a few items then had to wait another 10 days before I got them. Still over all very please with the customer support too”

“Beautiful, solid, well made garden gate. The gate would be a 5 out of 5.They were a few teething problems like delayed delivery wrong size lock sent but the staff dealing with those problems were always apologetic friendly and efficient. Because of the delay delivery fee was refunded, a decent gesture. The wrong lock was also refunded quickly.”
