“Amazing Service, Wonderful Sofas! I ordered Scott 3 seater Grass Green , It came with in the next week So comfy . Amazing service , Delivery men were so kind, Customer service lady was very polite and helped me trough my order, Was kept up to date with my delivery times, Highly recommend”

“What is to be said. How can such a nice sofa be ruined by poor customer service, lack of care and disrespect. My sofa was sent without legs for its base. Weeks of waiting as each person who answered the phone didn't know what the last person had done to rectify the issue. For the legs to finally arrive. Half brand new. Half used and worn down. During the process compensation was requested. NOT offered. In which a cushion was all that they was originally willing. They then deducted 5% of the price, never sent the cushion. Now I'm about to place these worn legs on my brand new sofa and hope it's not off balance since half the legs sent have had their plastic/rubber of the feet all the way worn down!”

“Customer service was great. We wanted to check the sofa we wanted was in stock and could be delivered within the next 1-3 weeks as advertised on the website. Received the sofa in the time advertised online. Sofa was packaged well and looks amazing.”

“By far the best service I've ever received when purchasing furniture. We originally ordered a 3 seater sofa with an expected delivery time of 10-12 weeks. We were so pleased when they contacted us to offer us an earlier delivery date of the week before Christmas (approx. 7 weeks after ordering). Unfortunately, the sofa was about 2cm too large to make it through our narrow hallway despite the best efforts of the delivery guys. We called the office on the Monday morning to ask them to switch the order to a 2 seater instead and asked hopefully whether there would be any chance of a delivery before Christmas, knowing this was incredibly unlikely. However, they went above and beyond and got it delivered to us on Christmas Eve! The extra amount we had paid for the 3 seater was refunded no questions asked and they were kind enough not to charge us for the failed delivery. In terms of quality, design and comfort of the actual sofa (Piera vegan leather in tan) I could not be happier. Great sofa, great service.”

“I am over the moon with the Sofa. Was dubious when it arrived in one box but I had no need to be it us stunning. We collected so can't comment on delivery. But from start to finish the service was excellent. I'd use again.”
