“Its nice sofas ,but they only give 3 big cushions for the back which is so bad i have to put ine in each sofa it supposed to have two in each sofa I don’t like it like that and I didn’t know it will arrive like that”

“Fantastic service by Rubezza, and Forkan in particular. We purchased the Sofia range of sofas. Beautiful and stylish. Arrived on time. However there was a defect with the sofa. Forkan exchanged the sofa with a brand new set at no extra charge. Amazing service and customer care. Highly recommend Rubezza. Will definitely get future furniture from Rubezza”

“Service is second to known. We purchased a Scott 3-seaters in gold. when delivered, we realised the colour was not quite right for our decor. The delivery guy packed it up and took it away with no fuss. We called customer service and re-arranged a new delivery day. The sofa is now sitting in my living room. It is comfy and looks gorgeous. The only downside with ordering this product is that the colour of the couch does not match that in the picture, which is considerably more vibrant. All in all, great products and outstanding customer service.”

“Furkan could not be more helpful and I purchased the Rubeza Paula Sofa collection because of his support and helpfulness. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 5th April delivery and you get sent the App so you can track the journey right up to your address where you are ready and waiting. Wow!! The sofa is as good as it gets. Perfect in every way. Colour is spot on and the quality looks equally as good. We are super happy and super comfortable with our new purchase. Well done to Furkan, the delivery guys and thank you for a pleasant experience and fabulous looking sofa. Highly recommend..”

“I have a two-seater (Leo) with a matching footstool bench and an armchair in the same lovely colour but this is from the Scott range. The furniture is lovely quality, very comfortable and well-made. I would highly recommend Rubeza for their excellent customer service, delivery guys and overall price quality and style of their furniture.”
