“This company is amazing! Like everyone I was skeptical at first ordering online, but I’m so glad I took that leap! From start to finish the process went smoothly, as soon as I ordered the team got in touch to schedule a delivery date that suited me, I got updates on the order throughout. On the day of delivery I got a live tracking link to follow so that I could see the exact location of the delivery driver as he travelled up the country, this was very helpful! Once the delivery arrived, the delivery man was lovely! Very polite and professional, and explained his delivery buddy had unfortunately called in sick so he was on his own. However you would’ve never thought it as he brought the items in and made them all in less than an hour! Very quick and efficient, and helped to dismantle the boxes afterwards. I will definitely not hesitate to order from here again! The quality of the sofa and the armchair are fantastic, and I received the items within 2 weeks of ordering! Overall 10/10 service, cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I love my sofa, I requested the swatches first to help me choose the perfect colour and the vibrant emerald green sofa does not disappoint, it is a truly lovely shade of green. The sofa is also comfortable. I had to wait quite a while as it was out of stock but again worth the wait. The sales/support team were great with a little nudge, I had to contact them when it came back in stock to remind them I was waiting. Their response time to questions is really good. There was an issue on the day of delivery, not sure what but my sofa did not arrive until 0138 in the morning, yep you read that right the middle of the night. They had rung early in the evening to say it would be around 1 am and gave me the option to rearrange but having waited all day I was not prepared to wait again for a second attempt and I wanted it for Christmas. I was however a little nervous about accepting delivery at that time by two strangers and had to get my son and his friend to come over. Other than that very happy and would definitely use Rubeza again.”

“Initially really pleased with my purchase however after only two months it has a massive sag! So disappointed with the poor quality. I’ve now got the hassle of returning it.”

“I was really impressed with Rubeza. My item arrived promptly and was lovely quality. Sadly the colour didn’t go with my existing scheme but Rubeza refunded the full price and paid the cost of the return. I would definitely buy from them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a seller.”
