“Ordered one sofa from Rubeza as in Covid time shops and delivering was limited. Traveling for more than 3 hours to get there and we got a sofa with Very bad quality. One seat is going down too much. They say in information details that sofa is waterproof and IT IS NOT waterproof!!!!!!! Feathers of stuffing are coming out every time I clean it. I see the floor down the sofa full of DUST and some small pieces of plastic wich are coming from it. We are all day at work and rarely use the sofa when we have guests. AVOID AVOID AVOID RUBEZA”

“Overall, fantastic service and quick delivery. There were some minor hiccups regarding what the delivery service included, as they’d changed their services after the order was placed, however this was all handled quickly and professionally and customer service bent over backwards to make sure there would be no issue upon arrival. Initially the sofa delivery time offered was further than expected, however I spoke to the team on the phone and they were able to change this to a much sooner date, which is much appreciated as I live quite far from their usual delivery routes. Delivery drivers were lovely and assembled the sofa perfectly. I live on the second floor of an old Georgian building without a lift, so I really appreciate they were able to deliver this to my living room. The lovely gentlemen also assembled the legs and attached the sofas together - as a solo young female this would’ve been very difficult, so I am extremely grateful for your services. Thanks so much to all of the team, the communication and care is 5 stars, and I absolutely love the sofa!”

“Got prompt delivery of this item, vanity and marble top /basin. As went on holiday did not check until the builders arrived to install. Opened box to find marble had cracked all the way through from one end to the other. Phoned and told no replacement offered!!! Have asked to speak to manager but not yet heard back.”

However , We asked our driver's they told us you checked the marble before they go and it was all ok and you made claim to us today after 2 Months of delivery. Thank you for your kind review. “Paid £3 for 3 samples which did not arrive. Emailled customer services and was told more had been sent out but still nothing asked for refund but not heard anything from you We have now noticed that the price of the scott 5 seater sofa has risen by £1000 from the price when we first requested our samples ????”

“Had to chase up the delivery multiple times and they wouldn't deliver the sofas up two flights of stairs as the sofas wouldn't fit in the lift (of course they wouldn't, they were 2 x seaters). Also, delivered them at 23.40pm when I had work the next day and was left to carry them upstairs with my mate. Sofas are lovely though, but slightly firm, so If you're looking for a comfortable sofa, then I'd look elsewhere.”

“Everything was perfect, from start to finish. I ordered the sofa on Friday and it was in my living room within a matter of days! The delivery was amazing. Everything was done for me. The sofa is absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with everything!”
