I ordered the Rubeza Scott 4 Seater Right Hand Facing Chaise End Corner Sofa in Idigo Blue. I was very happy with sofa to begin with, however after 6 months use (and certainly not over-use during that time!) the foam in the cushioning on the Chaise End severely sunk in meaning it became very uncomfortable to sit on (which is the best part of the sofa to sit as it is where you can put your legs up), and resulted in an achey back. The sofa was within warranty and given the foam was clearly faulty, I requested a replacement cushion/foam.I was told the warranty does not cover the foam. It would cost me £399 if I wanted to purchase new foam, and it would take 6 months for the pleasure. I am really disappointed in the sofa and Rubeza's assistance in sorting the fault. I am now stuck with a sofa that is too uncomfortable to sit on. This was my 2nd purchase from Rubeza, the first which I was happy with, but given my repeat custom expected better customer service.

The sofa looks great and comfy, we love it! There was a little bit of hiccup with delivery as it was heading to a wrong place (as I could see where the truck is on the map so could find out in the first place), but there was really good communication, they pick up the phones immediately despite it being a public holiday and it was sorted very soon. The delivery staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I was a bit worried about delivery after seeing all the reviews, but I was really happy with my experience!

Requested and paid for a sample, nothing recieved, zero communication just the usual send usca review. Of they cant get you a paid for sample i most certainly will not be handing my money over for a sofa, I have already requested this sample twice now.

Well , what can I say … I ordered an armchair £399 without knowing/ being informed and cautioned that if I wanted to return I would need to pay £275 for transport back and extra £25 for unpacking it which means I would pay 300 in total and in return I would get £99 back!!! That’s unlawful actually and unfair given that I had not been made aware of it clearly. Lousy customer service was good until the point when we were arranging delivery. After that when they heard I wanted to return they just stayed expectations and didn’t bother to send terms and conditions until today although I said I wanted to seek legal advice. They have kept quiet. On balance I kept the armchair I don’t want as it’s not comfortable for me and too high although I must admit it’s well made , sturdy and have beautiful colour. Be mindful of the above when buying as you may end up being stuck with furniture which you may not necessarily wish to keep and be in love with.

We bought 4 seater Sofia Warm sand and 1 arm chair and ottoman Extremely comfortable and has a Glamorous look. Great Service and Delivery. I was kept updated about my order. Tracking was Excellent and the delivery drivers were very polite and friendly and helpful Would 100% recommend RUBEZA

The worst company ever. The sofa is POOR. The service is POOR. I complained about the fact the sofa has sunk in about 50 times, they ignored me every time, then they said they would call me, but of course they didn’t. Disgusting terrible company.

I bought a sofa using the amazing finance option. It only took a couple minutes for my finance to be approved. I was shortly contacted by RUBEZA to arrange delivery for the 28th of December, much much sooner than I had hoped for. (I placed the order on the 16th). However, I was called on the 21st of December in the morning from a delivery driver saying he would be able to drop it off that day if I was around, which I was so that was even better. I was over the moon. I am so happy with my sofa, and the quality. It’s exactly what I expected and it looks amazing in my home. I still can’t believe I received it a couple days after ordering. Very very happy with RUBEZA and would defo use again. Thank you!!!

Ordered a burnt orange Paula chaise sofa, they confirmed delivery for Wednesday 2 weeks after placing the order and I took off work for the day to receive the delivery. Day before the delivery still had no confirmation of when they would deliver so called on the delivery day and was rudely informed that they "couldn't find the item and it wouldn't fit on the truck" and that they would be in touch in 3 business days to arrange another delivery date. The following Monday after calling them they stated that they had found the item and would deliver it on the Thursday. My husband stayed home that day to receive the delivery and since I had ordered the sofa he didn't realise they sent the wrong sofa. 8/12 legs didn't screw easily into the one they sent (seemed like leftover bits and pieces). Don't have any faith in the return/exchange with this company to bother. Absolutely terribly run and won't purchase from here again. Wish I had done more research on other reviews - happy customers seemed to have gotten lucky.

Hi , Hope you are well and having a good day , We are so sorry for the issue you live with us , however on delivery day and during the delivery one of driver's informed the your husband , but I believe the delivery reason of one day before Christmas Eve even is wrong item . normally our guys will not deliver the items they planned the bring back when they understand on delivery sofa is wrong design and our driver informed your husband before unloading sofa , However your husband wouldn't want to stay without sofa and accepted this sofa delivery even is wrong. We have return policy however , item should be new and re-sellable condition in this situation your husband /you was aware to situation but you both are choose the use them , and you didin't reported us during the 48 hours , therefore we can't apply to return policy. Also our guys take of the box your husband see , same day what you are received. We are very sorry for this issue , Next time please you should reject on delivery or report us in 48 hours , if you receiving wrong item or if you don't like to use item which is on delivery. I'm very happy with this set of sofa. Absolutely more beautiful than they appear on pictures. Thanks to Mr Furkan for the support, the delivery was prompt and timely just as they promised as well as a very good customers service demonstrated by the delivery and installation team. Every step of the way they were really helpful, even though there was some issues along the way the whole process went smoothly in the long run and everything that went wrong (minor issues really in grand scheme of things) was resolved with speed, and no extra charges, really can't fault their customer service.

I bought a large corner sofa 1 year ago. Both the design and quality are great. At first, I was skeptical about buying it sight unseen, but we would also like to thank Mr. Furkan from customer services for solving our problem quickly and generously when we encountered a problem later. We would also like to thank them for the cushion they gave us as a gift. You can shop safely and with peace of mind..
