“I haven't received the samples I paid for or any notification of any reason as to why I have not received them bad customer service”

Hi , We dispatched your samples which is now seen in transit if it's not arrived to you in couple of days please let us know we will dispatch again , Actually you will not receive your parcel not about bad customer service , reason of parcel companies delivering to you late our customer service's are unfortunately not carrying items to deliver our customer Thank you

“The WORST company EVER!!! Ordered 2 sofas and they only delivered one!!! It's been six months since my order & I was just told my second sofa still isn't made. I've had enough. I've told them to collect this sofa & give me a full refund. They're supposed to be collecting it today but I've had no tracking info, no communication whatsoever. I've called to speak with someone & they barely speak English & just said they would ring me back. IT'S BEEN SIX MONTHS & I WANT MY £1500 BACK!!! HORRIBLE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

Hi , Nicole So sorry for these experience with us it's been nearly 5 months , these situation something not in our hand sorry we should change one of our supplier which is the manufacturer of your sofa reason of issue you have with it manufacturing , We switched these design our more reliable supplier We already work our other design's for that's reason why we have this issue , We understand you wouldn't want to wait further you are right , We will refund full amount of your purchase when the collect the item you have it , Thank you. - Uptade : After our collection we refunded full amount same day , We don't have any funds from you please let us know if you need any further help support@rubeza.com

“i was weary at first as it's an online sofa shop but i must be honest and say that the quality of product and service is second to none . the first order was scott chaise corner sofa and i changed my mind after delivery and wanted an exchange. the staff Rubeza did not charge me anything extra to swap it over! i only paid the difference of the upgraded sofa sofia. the delivery guys carried it all the way to our annex and assembled it free of charge and with pleasure. will definitely buy again.”

“For a swatch taking an age to arrive - ordered swatch two weeks ago still not received at the time of writing this review! Surely much simpler and more efficient to use an envelope and a 2nd class stamp instead of evri for a swatch...especially as I paid £1 for swatch which really should have been free.”

“This order did not go very well. Delivery was approximately a week later. Arrived in battered box. Legs had been forgotten. Dent and small tear to the fabric. I have received a refund but had to make a number of calls to get this. Was told to deliver item to collecting point despite me saying rather large and would they accept. Assured they would. I struggled to get it into car and then told at Evri collection it was too big. Also on day Evri were to collect told by Rubeza the item was mine. I didn't want and will have to either recycle as free or tip it.”
