“We got 2 sofas off this company, within 6 months both sofas Collapsed we are a family of two people not over weight, the sofas get light use, the company has exchanged the sofas for the same ones with in a week the have Collapsed again and will not swap for a different model of sofa £1800 for a sofas that you can’t sit on without collapsing is not good value or workman ship Don’t use this company David oreilly”

Hi, David Thank you for your kind review , Your sofa structure's are ok it's not collapsed , they don't have any crack or any damage reason of you choose Vegan Leather , it can act like a leather depends a use which areas you sitting can be slightly line , it's normal reason of fabric nature , like a leather , but we are sorry to hear that this review to us , normally we don't have guarantee on fabric because it's change as a use but we replaced your item's reason of satisfaction as well , but thank you for your kind review.

“The communication received was courteous. The samples were correctly identified. The sample size is big enough to get a feel of the fabric. My samples arrived within 3 days of placing the order. There were no frays. Overall very satisfied customer”

“I bought a sofa and an armchair which are still in the boxes as the house is not ready yet but delivery was extremely quick! The delivery man dropped a different sofa part instead of the armchair by mistake and also he did not deliver all the pillows I ordered. I went back to Rubeza and they were very helpful and quick in organizing another delivery. Very impressed with them and I will most certainly order from them again when I will have to het furniture for the other rooms.”

“Stunning sink unit. Great quality and worked out so much cheaper than the unit my plumber wanted to put in. Even better, 0% finance! The service was great, customer services were easy to get hold of and the delivery man went above and beyond.”
