This is a difficult review to write. On one hand, the sofa did arrive - eventually and we absolutely love it. It is comfy and seems well made. On the delivery day it was possible to track the driver via a link and so I knew exactly when he would get to us. He also called us. This part of the service was fine. We had been given a 3-5pm slot. It turned up at 8pm but I was ok with this because I could see what was happening. However, far less perfect was the wait time from order to delivery and the total lack of communication from Rubeza unless I chased them. When I ordered the website said 7-10 days delivery. After 10 days I was sent an email asking if I liked my sofa (I did not have it so panicked and sent an email). The reply said I would be waiting 6-8 weeks. The reply came from an unbranded email and was poorly written. It did not feel real. One way or another, I spent 12 weeks wondering if I’d made a terrible mistake. Delay after delay, that was only ever explained if I chased them. The customer service was poor to say the least. It felt like a one man show - I believe this still to be the case. I spent many weeks worrying I had been scammed. They offered me a free cushion because they knew I was annoyed. I never got it! Sadly, I will not use Rubeza again as I lack trust in the company. However, the sofa is beautiful so I’m putting the experience behind me and I’m grateful for the fact that it did arrive eventually.
