“I placed an initial order with Rubberduck Bathrooms and no issues. Placed a second order then followed up with expected delivery timescales. Email response was Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday came and went to dropped another email only to be told Friday or worst case Monday. If only you had been honest about delivery timescales then I would have planned things accordingly.”

“Great - just what we needed. Shame the rubber seal wasn't included in the cost and there was notification that it had to brought separately, so this caused more expense to an already expensive item.”
