Hi Brandon, We're sorry to hear the part ordered did not fit. We do feel the service rating here is a little low considering we can see you placed your order late evening and the item was dispatched using a tracked next day service within 20 minutes of opening the next morning. On the product page we detail the specs and show a video of how the item is used to help with decision making prior to placing your order too. “Ordered a shower and when we went to fit noticed an issue with the riser hight section asked to see if we could return was refused this and any help. Have now had to source additional parts to make the shower work. Will avoid this company again and don’t bother calling them they are just rude and don’t care. The instructions are clearly wrong for the item.”

Hi David, We're very sorry to hear the item did not work for your installation. As explained during the call, once a shower valve has been installed on the wall we cannot then accept a return and offer a refund for the installed item. This is because the item cannot be resold and the cost that we paid for the item and the delivery service used cannot be recouped. To help customers make informed decisions, we provide detailed technical details/installation guides on our product pages and unlike most we operate a telephone line too. We always recommend reviewing these aspects or giving us a call to ensure the product suits your needs prior to placing your order. We understand your frustration however, had you purchased the item from any other online retailer, the answer would have been the same. Hi David, We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong item and then face delays with the replacement. On being notified of the issue we worked swiftly to ensure your replacement reached you as quickly as possible with a replacement going out the same day. After the replacement was dispatched with tracking information provided, delivery was attempted twice but unfortunately was unsuccessful. This meant the service needed to be rebooked before trying again, causing further delays.
