“I ordered a bath panel and it had a mark on it. They ordered a replacement for me immediately. I have found the level of service very good. Delivery is fast as well. Will definitely purchase from them again”

“Finally found a match to my existing but past it's best bath shower screen seal. This fits perfectly resulting in leak free showers, sadly same can't be said for others that made such claims. Delivery was as promised. All round great service.”

“Really happy with the marble basin I’ve purchased. Arrived slightly damaged but I believe this may have been caused during delivery. However, the service for exchanging was swift and excellent. Product quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend the product but also purchasing from here. Additionally, I contacted the company via telephone and the service was also great. Thank you 😊”

“Order process was simple and delivery was prompt. Items were delivered in good condition and when I ht a snag in instalation the well trained staff were able to help me resolve the issue. All in all an excellent customer service.”

“Order arrived promptly and in good condition. However communication was non-existant when I requested that the order be changed before dispatch. After 2 emails I have still not heard anything from Rubber Duck Bathrooms.”

“Rubberduck Bathrooms delivery was swift, however the shower caddy we bought is not fit for purpose. Product do not stand up in the caddy they keep falling over because the wire supprots are too far apart, the front is also too low so products are unsuppoerted and fall. It was very expesnsive and expected more from it.”

“The actual bath is not the problem it was the delivery damaging my property because the man delivering the bath thought it was a good idea to bring the bath through the house to the garden instead of taking it down the side path where there is plenty of room because he wouldn’t take the bath upstairs,he’s damaged my door frame & chipped my walls because of barging it through my house & even damaged my door wreath and just left it on the floor without a care in the world & also the bath and side panels were sent by 2 different delivery companies on different days”

Hi Kathryn, We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided. We fully appreciate the frustration here however, the delivery service paid for was to the kerbside only. This means drivers are not insured nor obliged to enter the property at all. If they do so it is based on the goodwill of the driver and any risk in terms of damage is taken on by the customer requesting them to. To help our customers make informed decisions we detail this across the website pre-sale and in all emails sent after placing your order too. “Happy with product. There was a hiccup with the delivery of it. Product was out of stock when ordered. I was told two weeks wait. It didn't arrive even well after the two weeks, but this was partly my fault. I refused to answer a call that showed as suspect. It turned out that it was couriers advising delivery time. Perhaps some back- up plan to avert this occurrence in future could be arranged. When I spoke to the admin team wondering why my delivery had not arrived they were very efficient and friendly.”
