“Could not fault your company, your supplier missed a tube of silicone from the delivery you got it there next day. On another note your supplier sent 3 tubes of adhesive that we’re very nearly out of date and did not want to come out of the tube luckily I had a tube and got some from a local merchant as it was the weekend so I could finish the installation.”

“I purchased two sets of Nuance wall boards, which were delivered very quickly. One of the boards on the second delivery was damaged and the customer services were very apologetic and a replacement for the damaged panel was delivered the next day. I have been very pleased with the service from Rubberduck.”

“Great Service. Middlesbrough Showroom supplied me with everything I needed, even the business card of the fitter I used, to get my bathroom installed. The service was first class from walking into the store, to selecting products, helping me design my room and recommending installers. When it came to the day of installation Rubberduck Bathrooms delivered the same day as the installer arrived, and all items were checked and accounted for. I now have my dream bathroom with little to no hassle or stress.”
