“There was a bit of a mix up over the order with one of the packages the wrong finish compared with the other two. The upvc boards what i needed were now out of stock. But fair play to Rubberduck they sent me another three packages of a different finish so i could complete the job. I know mistakes happen now and again, but to be fair to rubberduck they resolved the error in a fast and very professional manner so fair play to them for that.....”

“Everything was perfect until delivery. Delivery guy was first refusing to bring sink into the house and suggested it be left £1000.00 on the driveway it is three weeks until installation. Then as he was alone I had to carry the item with him otherwise it would have been left on drive or returned. I have injured my back doing this !!!!!! Then the incorrect top was delivered with the correct base. I await a return call to progress.”

“Prompt delivery and product was great. But they did not write my full address on the package (my flat number), even though i gave it on the order - so the post person didn't know what flat to deliver to so even though i was in to receive it, they sent the package back to sorting office and i had to go collect it later - which was bit annoying.”
