“Overall I am happy with the service from RD bathrooms. The item is good quality and was a reasonable price. I was not happy with the length of delivery with the item not being delivered despite being told it would be although this seemed to be an issue with TNT. The box was also slightly battered but item was ok inside. Email queries answered swiftly and was resolved in a couple of days.”

“A difficult buying experience, which was exacerbated by the Easter holidays being between purchase and delivery. The item took far longer to arrive than expected, but the team at rubberduck saved the day and our purchase was delivered just in time for the bathroom fitters.”

“Needed to order replacement gu10's, as a previous one bought last year failed. Unable to source a unit with the exact same specifications elsewhere as slightly different lumen difference. Items arrived 48 hrs after phoning in order. Pleased with service.”

“Although the order arrived minus 2 items, they accepted my report. In hindsight, the added brown parcel tape covering their White & Red Fragile Tape, was quite an untidy repair, and the fact that their CCTV in the dispatch area showed that the missing items were originally included, points to the courier as the problem. Rubberduck sent replacements, totally at their cost, within two days.”

Thank you for your order and thank you for your review. The information you have provided here is helpful. We do believe the items that you were missing were indeed now lost via FEDex. The packaging much have been ripped by there warehouse machines or in the vans and the caps and trim come out of the packaging. This is reinforced by you saying brown tape. We do not use brown tape on outer packaging of our items only clear tape & Fragile tape. Thank you once again for your order
