“I was extremely disappointed with your returns policy. The only way I could return the item that was actually just an incorrect size order was to pay a £75 shipment fee which basically cost the same as what the panel cost in the first place I will be leaving a bad review on Google.”

Good morning Juliana, To be honest, we're extremely disappointed to see your review. You placed your order on Thurs afternoon of the 20th, for items that carried a longer lead time than you needed. You emailed shortly after placing your order, asking if we could speed things up as you had a fitter booked in. We responded to your email within 10 minutes to say we would arrange to split the delivery at no further cost to you. This meant we covered 3 separate delivery fees from suppliers/couriers. In the evening after your order arrived, you emailed requesting to return the bath panels. We politely responded first thing in the morning, with the link to our returns information. We never offered a price for a return service. We're not sure what else you expected from us, most people would consider the above to be a great service. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Exceptional customer experience. I spoke with someone about the gap I was thinking of buying to check it would work in the space we had for it. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the tap itself and delivery options. I ordered it. They called me a short while after to say the courier they had planned to use was very expensive and they had found a better option that was much cheaper. Not many people would make that kind of effort. The tap is great. Would definitely recommend Rubber Duck”

“Contact made with Rubberduck prior to ordering, good customer service and knowledge of product. Disappointed the product was damaged on arrival, however, appears that the damage was caused in delivery (so pleased I checked the product as soon as it was received!). Rubberduck resolved the issue and replaced the goods without delay.”
