“Items delayed shipment as was not actually in stock despite what web site said and when shipped missed items in picking so had to chase for missing items”

Hi David, We're very sorry you were left unhappy with a recent order. We can see your order was picked up on the morning of the 24th Oct (Tuesday) and was dispatched using a tracked next day service on the 27th (Friday). The items arrived the following Monday, and you contacted us to say an item was missing. We dispatched a replacement without delay using a next day service. All of the above took place within the 2-5 working day window we advertise for the item(s) purchased. We appreciate the inconvenience of the missing item and can only apologise for the issue.
