“After all the problems i have experienced with other well known bathroom supplyers i truly cant believe how good rubberduck bathrooms have been, so professional amazing quality products, impeccable customer service at a unbeatable price and to top it all you can actually speak to someone on tge phone. “Boards were delivered but one is damaged on the side (the box was broke which has snapped the panel inside) I have pictures to prove this.”

Good morning Gaynor, We're very sorry to hear about the damage received during delivery. These panels are delivered directly by the manufacturer using their chosen delivery service. Typically we don't see many issues with deliveries but we are aware that sometimes the couriers can be a little heavy handed at times! We look to act as fast and efficiently as we can in the rare instances things don't go to plan. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience here.
