“My order came through quickly. The item was well packed and in good condition. Not being able to see the item in a shop is a big disadvantage. Had I been able to do so I would not have made the purchase, I do not like it as much as my old bath panel. Although reflective of the web-site picture, It looks cheap.”

“Beautiful bathroom cabinet, it will compliment my bathroom beautifully. The package looked a bit beaten on delivery. But due to the very substantial packaging it survived and arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait for the bathroom reno to be completed so that I can see my final design come to fruition. Thank you Rubber Duck. You came highly recommended by my heating and plumbing engineer. I would 100% buy and recommend you. 10/10.”

Good afternoon Andrew, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery. We can see the issue is with a split delivery from the manufacturer Abacus and their delivery partner XDP, which again we can only apologise for. On contacting the manufacturer, we have been given several assurances that the goods were back out for delivery and would arrive the very next day. “I ordered a shower enclosure and tray. Both were delivered on the delivery date stated when ordering them. Everything was as it should have been with no damage or missing parts so there's not actually a lot I can write in the review? The items I ordered were cheaper on Rubberduck than on other websites and everything was exactly as stated and as it should be with no problems with no need to contact customer services. Although I did contact Rubberduck prior to ordering for advice which I recieved a reply within 24 hours. So basically, cheaper than competitors for like for like product with an excellent service and delivery and no problems.”
