“We felt that the fitting instructions were lacking. If you were a DIY enthusiast then perhaps the fact that you need to offer the basket up with the brackets to mark the wall would be second nature, but as we're not we originally drilled the holes without the brackets being present and of course the baskets then didn't line up when using the brackets, so the instructions could have made that obvious as I'm sure there are a lot of people like us. Apart from that only time will tell if these items live up to their description of being rustproof.”

Thank you for the review and the photograph of the wetwall. Looks great! Sorry about the delivery issue, im not sure as to what happened there but I will pass this on to the distribution manager and see if there was an issue (break down/accident) which delayed the delivery and see if there is anything we can do to try to improve the service in the future. “The board we used, Multipanel, appears to be the same construction as the market leader but at 2/3 rds the price and looks, feels the same. I therefore thoroughly recommend both it and RubberDuck both for DIY and pro use.”

“Great product but was damaged on 1st and second delivery otherwise would have scored better. No fault of Rubber duck company just delivery driver to heavy handed Would recommend packing the shower panels better as they get damaged on corners”

“The initial delivery unfortunately suffered damage to the edge of several of the panels I had ordered. On contacting Rubberduck, they promptly arranged delivery of additional panels which arrived the very next day. Unfortunately still some minor damage to edges which hopefully I will able to work around. Obviously being rapped in cardboard, plastic and bubblerap appears to be insufficient protection for vital panel edges despite having Fragile written all over them.”

Thank you for your order and the review. we are sorry the panels sustained damage in transit but we are glad we managed to get you replacements straight away. We are currently in talks with another carrier company to see if we can improve the service and reduce damages.
