“Unfortunately the items we ordered were discontinued but were still on website. Customer service were very helpful and changed our order and arranged collection.”

“Excellent service Only problem was with inadequate packaging preventing damage on transit on 2 occasions. Cancelled orider. Money returned immediately Cannot fault customer service. WAREHOUSE NEEDS TO GET IT'S ACT IN ORDER ON ADEQUATE PACKAGING.”

“I would have given 4.5 if system allowed. The service and timely delivery excellent. We think the cabinet is great with one exception. The door hinges extend beyond the 60cm size to 66cm, making installation in our limited apace difficult. Also meaning the doors open less far. We have a similar cabinet from other supplier a few years ago and hinges are within the width. This also true on other cabinets we viewed.”

“I have an order with you which has been delayed as a result of the coronavirus. I rang when nothing arrived and spoke to someone who thought I was an idiot. Not amused. However, I rang again this morning and spoke to a very nice member of your staff who was very informative and helpful. He promised to ring me back tomorrow after speaking with the suppliers. Had I not got his response, I would have cancelled the order. A little more training needed for someone there.”

“Good communication when a bathroom wall panel was delivered scratched, managed to get a replacement delivered before the Covid 19 shutdown, although this was also scratched but not as badly as the first one.”

“Hi , I wonder does anyone read these reviews, if so they don’t act on them , in my last review I stated why don’t you make the delivery time More PROMINENT, so it’s easy to see , secondly if your driver attempts a delivery why don’t they post a card through the door saying so . I had a alleged attempted delivery and there was 3 people in the house No call , no message left ,very annoying.”

Thank you for your feedback. We have been testing (a/b) a new notification system where the delivery date is shown first. This has had mixed results and feedback. It would appear you have received original template A. We do read our reviews and take all feedback into consideration on how we can improve or service.

“Delivery was not on the appointed day but Brad did everything possible to arrange two days later. Panels awaiting installer so not examined yet but packing looks good”

“Buying from rubber duck was very good and easy and service good but the courier service was not so good ,had 5 out of sheets damaged which were replaced by rubber duck and sent on next day delivery but the courier lied when he said there was nobody there at a busy reception at a holiday park and was there 20 min complete lies as we found out through he’s tracker service that he had not even been to the address cost me time and money will use rubber duck again but not the courier supplied by them”
