“I purchased a Bath panel and loo seat which were both high quality at a reasonable price, arrived quickly and with no issues. I’d particularly recommend the Halite Bath panel which is solid, waterproof but easy to cut. Good company to deal with and would purchase bathroom products from here again”

Hi Joe, Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Looking across your order details, we can see the order was placed after cut off on the 10th. It contained a shower enclosure to be distributed directly by the manufacturer on a 3-7 working day lead time and another item we held in stock here in our warehouse. The item we held was dispatched the following morning at 9:50am using a tracked next day service. The outstanding item, which we understand is due to arrive with you today, will be delivered on the 7th working day from placing the order and within the ETA provided before purchasing. “Great service from them. I ordered a product from them which arrived the next day. However I realised the product wasn’t quite what I ordered. Before I had a chance to contact them about the issue I received the correct product the very next day. I contacted them about the first package that arrived and they said they realised they’d sent the wrong product so automatically sent the right one, apologised and to not bother sending the incorrect one back. Great communication. A++”

“I wasn’t sure whether to give 4 or 5 stars, but as everything went well, it has to be 5. The ordering process was good, customer service and help with questions on delivery and install instructions was very good. I’m am amazed however, that the shower screens arrived in good condition, considering that the glas was in a flimsy card board box. I suppose it’s a good sign of the quality of the product. The shower tray looks nice, the shower riser/thermostat kit feels a bit plasticky - but looks lovely. It will be a while until it will all be installed, so can’t comment on performance yet.”

“Packaging very well protected. It’s impossible to check everything when delivered, so your message about having to do this is unrealistic. Also, the unit was not exactly what I ordered. The one I ordered had 2 internal boxes which was chosen for a purpose. Why was the mistake?”
