“Unfortunately for us the colour of the bathroom panels are much darker than what they appeared online. We enquired about returning and were given a link to get a quote. To return the panels was over £300! This is ridiculous as it is much more than the value of the goods. We are now left with 2 panels we can't use.”

Hi Simon, Thank you for your feedback - we're sorry to hear that the panels appeared darker than expected. We do our best to provide accurate images of the panels we display, but variations in screen settings and lighting does affect how colours appear online. To help avoid any surprises, we always recommend ordering samples before placing a full order. This allows you to see the colour and finish in person and ensure it meets your expectations. We do not offer a return service for unwanted goods but if you've been quoted £300 from another courier (which does seem quite high) you can compare other like-for-like quotes using a 3rd party courier company called Shiply. “Usual good service. Unfortunately, one of the products in my delivery was the wrong item - not the fault of Rubberduck but rather their supplier. Matter was quickly resolved with a refund without any quibble. Thanks”

“Top service from Rubberduck Bathrooms - not only did they have the exact bits I needed, but at the best price I could find. There was a slight issue with the courier service, but this was dealt with in a personal and professional manner when brought to their attention - thanks to Gary. * I must emphasise, this was NOT the fault of Rubberduck, but a supplier.* Overall, very satisfied and shall be using again when further items required. “I bought a Scudo Munro tall tap. It looks great in my refurbished en suite. Website had great choice at good prices. The only reason for the 4 star review was that I thought the delivery fee was a bit high, however it was prompt and I was kept informed at each step.”

“The products I ordered were fairly priced and arrived undamaged. I then attempted to follow up with a second order for products from the same range. I had a query which needed me to talk directly with a staff member- who was unhelpful at best, disinterested, bordering on rude, terminating our call before it had sensibly concluded. I therefore took my additional business to THE BRITISH BATHROOM COMPANY- where I received the information, service and even better value. Use the Rubberduck Bathroom online again - possibly. Call them for advice and place an order - no chance.”

Good Afternoon Janine, We're sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the service provided. With returns, of course we can accept them. That's not a problem at all. That being said, customers do have a duty of care to return any unwanted item to us in a resalable condition. When you called to ask why the return of your glass screen had been rejected at the point of delivery, we kindly explained that the outer packaging was not only badly damaged but it was also covered in black tape. Given the item looked to have taken several knocks in transit and the packaging was now rendered useless, the integrity of the glass contained could not be guaranteed. Meaning we would not be able to sell or use the item for a fit with any confidence. This is why we ask all customers to take images of items/packaging prior to returning them, so if any issues like this arise you can file a claim with your chosen courier. We appreciate this may not have been the news you wanted to hear but we cannot accept items back in that condition unfortunately. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
