“Excellent with quick delivery good communication and pricing. The real test of any supplier is how they handle any post delivery issues, we had one small faulty part on a sliding shower door, we reported to customer service who jumped onto it and we had new part soon via after next day delivery.”

“Easily ordered online and delivered as stated. The items ordered were correct and the product itself appears to be soundly made. For an installer fairly easy to follow for a diy'er would recommend that you watch a couple of YouTube and digest the task at hand and know your limits. Overall I got what I wanted and at a decent price. Rubberduck ensured this was an easy enough process.”

“I only ordered a coat hook but it took several phone calls and quite a wait (it would appear to have been reordered during these exchanges) before the order was received. I am just glad that my order was not complex!!! Order from Rubberduck again? I don’t so.”

Good morning Mary, We're sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your robe hook. The issue was simply that we were waiting on a stock order to come in to our warehouse. Typically these small, low value items are fast moving with little to no delay on dispatch. In this one instance, the manufacturer was waiting on several containers being cleared before they could restock suppliers like ourselves. We can see the stock order came in to our warehouse on Sat 11th Feb and your item was dispatched using a tracked next day service at 11:15am on Monday 13th. Again we're sorry for the delay. “Purchased a Francis Peglar shower/bath mixer tap recently after speaking with a very helpful member of staff to confirm that these are British manufactured i.e. Peglar has a high reputation for quality engineered products. Purchased same day and delivered f.o.c. the next! Excellent product and service. Highly recommended.”
