“Purchased a Francis Peglar shower/bath mixer tap recently after speaking with a very helpful member of staff to confirm that these are British manufactured i.e. Peglar has a high reputation for quality engineered products. Purchased same day and delivered f.o.c. the next! Excellent product and service. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service. I had to ring twice to enquire about the tap I was going to order and each time the guy I spoke to was really helpful in explaining my enquiry. Unfortunately the tap wasn't suitable when it was delivered (not faulty...I just didn't suit) and they were very quick to refund. I would definitely use this company again.”

We are aware however that during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages do occur a little more often. “Excellent customer service, had a query re my online enquiry item so telephoned and the customer service and received excellent response and then went on to ordering over the phone. It was seamless and the item was delivered in days. Have used Rubberduck a couple years back and certainly would recommend and I will certainly use again if I require a specialised bathroom item.”
