“I was looking for towel radiators and Rubberduck had a great range and were very competetively priced. I ordered one which was delivered one time and the delivery guy brought it into the hallway instead of leaving it on the kerb which is what mostly happens. I then decided to get another radiator and spoke to a real human who was very helpful in expediting the second radiator. Great service all round. Thanks.”

Your order was placed on the evening and dispatched shortly after we opened the very next morning. We trusted DHL to deliver your order using a next day service and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to for the item to arrive with damage to the packaging. We’re reviewing this with DHL to help prevent issues like this in future. It's certainly no excuse however we do understand that the UK has just gone through the busiest time of the year for online retail. “Delivery said 2-3 days and was more like 4-5 which lead to me having to rearrange bathroom fitter. The delivery was also split, and the first part was delivered at 10pm, yes 10pm on a Friday night.”

As this order was distributed directly by the manufacturer, unfortunately we didn’t have control over their handling of the delivery.
