“products are good, but package and delivery was very bad... there was a big chance that i could loose some items.”

Hi Regimantas, Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the product, but we’re truly sorry for the damage to the packagaing. Your order was placed on the evening and dispatched shortly after we opened the very next morning. We trusted DHL to deliver your order using a next day service and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to for the item to arrive with damage to the packaging. We’re reviewing this with DHL to help prevent issues like this in future. It's certainly no excuse however we do understand that the UK has just gone through the busiest time of the year for online retail. Meeting customer demands in this period can at times increase issues with handling, which we can only apologise for. “Delivery said 2-3 days and was more like 4-5 which lead to me having to rearrange bathroom fitter. The delivery was also split, and the first part was delivered at 10pm, yes 10pm on a Friday night.”

As this order was distributed directly by the manufacturer, unfortunately we didn’t have control over their handling of the delivery. However, the situation you described is certainly not typical and quite frankly, unacceptable. We’ll raise the matter with the manufacturer to ensure their courier service is reviewed and improved. “Rubberduck were friendly and efficient on the phone. Easy to order online. Delivery was hassle free. We had to meet the driver at an easier location, as our house is in a difficult position for his truck to cope with. None of it was a problem. The products were well packed and crated. No damage.”

“ordered a sinktop / cabinet unit and tap. on delivery day tap arrived unit did not, plumber unable to proceed with job having already ripped out old sink whilst waiting for delivery. On calling rubberduck, very helpful staff discovered upon calling the manufacturer they had discontinued the sink unit. They identified a new manufacturer for a re-order and got the delivery for asap, unfortunately by then i had lost the slot for the plumber and had to go without the sink for 10 days. Therefore whilst the staff were excellent in their reponse, there is clearly an issue with comms and susyems issue between manufacturer and rubberduck which needs to be resolved”
