Paid for the order, only to be told that they didnt deliver to the isle of wight. Would have been nice to know before I placed the order and was charged for delivery.

We do actually state that all deliveries are to mainland UK only on the product page itself and we detail the same point across the FAQs and on our Shipping Info page too. Which is typical for most mainland based retailers. We also operate a customer service line right here in the Rubberduck office Mon-Sat 9-5pm for any customers that need to contact us before placing an order. Some of the ceiling cladding was damaged or poorly finished which we could not see on delivery. There was a long delay from order to delivery. I suppose you have to put up with this for a low price.

Good morning David, We're very sorry to hear you've not been satisfied with your order. Looking at the tracking links provided, we can see the order was placed on the evening of the 12th, dispatched using a tracked next day service on the 13th and looked to have arrived the very next day. We can see from the email chain between yourself and Ashley, that there was an outstanding item from that drop as DHL split the delivery due to vehicle space. That outstanding item was delivered the on the 15th. If you we're unhappy with the product or you have received a defective panel, we could have replaced your items free of charge or refunded your order if that was your choice. Bath panel arrived well packed however there was some damage to the edge due to crushing strap marks, fortunately I was able to hide this under the edge of the bath, the panel is a great fit, only marred by the slight damage. Would it not be good to pre-check these items prior to delivery.

Typically we rarely see damages reported on the products sent out by the manufacturer. The product was good, however the price was far to high the only reason I bought the item was I needed it now. If I had time I would have shop around for a cheaper site most items here are over priced compared to the market

Good morning Ben, We're sorry you feel the price of a tube of colour matched silicone was a little too high for you. We respectfully disagree with your comments however. We regularly check prices online to ensure we are competitive. The item in question retails at around £36 and we currently have the item listed at £26.60. If you look at the attached image, you can see what other retailers are listing the item as, with the second price showing price with delivery included. B&Q also have it at £29 but are not shown in the image. As you can quite clearly see, we are one of the cheapest online, as we are for the majority of our products. It's great to see that our small team managed to get the item out to you on a tracked next day service the Monday after picking up your order late Sat evening. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Product spot on, but unfortunately the third party delivery cost me a day and a half of waiting around for delivery so I ended up losing out on the best part of £500 quid of work! However, rubber duck staff extremely helpful and in the past this has never been a problem. Thanks again Dan

The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was rapid. The only issue I have is that you are expected to check all the goods within 24 hours of delivery. This is simply not possible in a commercial setting. Some of the ends of the ceiling panels are damaged. Ok, we can trim them or cover with an end strip, but still, I'd expect them to arrive undamaged if packaging was sufficient.

Good morning Martin, We're sorry to hear you were left a little disappointed with your order. The item purchased was a furniture pack with several options on toilet pan/seat, basin orientation, colour etc. This allows customers to build the unit to their desired specification. When building your unit it would appear you had selected 'Not Required' from the drop down menu on those parts. It's great to see the team were on hand to assist and another order was placed with the pan and seat going out to you asap. If you need anything else at all you know where we are! i wanted to change my order which got completed eventually however they did not call back when they said they would and did not read the email they asked me to send them? when the goods arrived one of the five sheets of shower boards was damaged.

Packaging very good, a couple of mishaps on the backs probably during transit . Disappointed that boards packed in the factory were already damaged, it was fortunate that I needed to trim the length , a previous job every board perfect and I needed the full length

Ordered item online found that really easy my delivery turned into a nightmare delivery was a day later than agreed due to a agency delivery driver that was not that good but nevertheless got it in the end

A dispatch confirmation and an initial ETA of the 6th was provided the very next day. Despite being delayed, the item arrived within 4 full working days of placing the order. Your item carries a lead time of 2-5 working days. We annotate in all emails sent after purchasing, that orders placed during what is the busiest period of the year for online sales may be delayed somewhat but you can always call to confirm. I ordered some silicone, within the timeframe for a next day delivery. It didn’t arrive until 5.30pm 2 days later, which was very disappointing as I’d chosen rubberduck bathrooms to buy it from based on their promise of delivery timescales.

Website good but took a week to dispatch 6 tile backer boards. On arrival they cardboard packaging was severely damaged and one board of six was unusable

Tracking links were provided so you could monitor the item in transit with an ETA contained in that link also. The item carries a 2-5 working day lead time and was delivered within those timescales. We ordered plywood backing wetwall, but MDF backing was delivered. When queried I was told that the plywood was coming from Russia so no plywood backing. The website should reflect the fact that there was no plywood backing and if it had I would not have ordered the wetwall in the first place. I had tradesmen waiting for the wetwall and it was delivered the next day after I was told it should have been the day before by Rubber Duck.

Good Afternoon Bill, We fully understand your frustration and we're very sorry for any confusion here. The panels purchased originally were exterior grade MDF panels. The product description and specs alongside do mention that the panel core is optional. That being said, when you purchased your panels, the only option available at the time was exterior grade MDF. As you rightly mentioned, the plywood used to create the panels was sourced from Russia. In light of recent events, this obviously needed to change and the manufacturer reverted to using MDF alone. Recent developments meant that the manufacturer could source a suitable ply alternative from another source and we have since brought those options back on our website. It was my first order. The company was recommended by two of my plumbers but I received the wrong taps and it was only noticed after they were installed. However, the client wants us to install what he originally ordered and that will cost us more than £80.00.

The product is excellent, whilst your advice is good with regards to checking for damage,which I attempted by unwrapping the packaging, all three panels and their edges looked perfect. However when I totally unpacked the panels the bottom edge of every one had a sizable chip out of it one even reaching past the tongue. It is obvious that at some stage during the transportation the panels where dropped on their edge onto something raised. Fortunately I was able to cover the damage of one panel behind the corner trim, the second panel behind the toilet cistern however was unable to do anything about the third. The couriers need to be more responsible. The panels were well packed so must have been quite a bang to cause the damage. Otherwise service was very good. Kind Regards Uwe Gramann
