Hi Patrick, We can see your order was placed on a Sunday, dispatched on Monday morning using a next day service with tracking links provided so you can keep an eye on things in transit. The item arrived without issue and in great time, all while being tracked. As a small family operated company these reviews (while clearly trivial to you) are an important indicator for our valued and potential customers regarding our service levels. “A positive review because of the very knowledgeable and personable staff at the end of the phone, who gave invaluable advice. The dispatch wasn't rapid and no delivery updates given which is frustrating, but I haven't found a company that does offer express delivery, so it just means we need to plan in advance.”
