“Goods delivery finally delivered 3 weeks late. Lots of chasing, little compensation other than sorry. Apparently it's OK to sell goods you don't actually have in the country!”

Hi Kath, We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your unit. As a retailer we agree, it's very frustrating having to inform customers of delays from manufacturers after we place the order with them, rather than before. When we were informed of the delay we reached out to the manufacturer immediately for an update. Then we contacted you and changed the availability of the listing displayed to reflect an out of stock message. Given how heavily we discount the items ordered and the fact we applied a further discount to your order too, we could not offer anything further as a goodwill gesture unfortunately. Good morning Luiz, We're very sorry to hear your item didn't arrive in time! We can see your order was placed with us over the bank holiday weekend and we dispatched your item on a tracked next day service when we opened again on the Tuesday morning. We do our best to dispatch items as quick as possible and we do pay for a next day service, as shown in the dispatch and tracking info provided. “The service is astounding and the panels are gorgeous. I had 2 broken panels, but it was my fault that I hadn't read the email about returns. I ordered a further 2, and this time, I checked the panels. 1 was broken, I emailed straight away, and a replacement panel was put through immediately and received 48 hours later. Amazing service. I would definitely recommend Rubberduck bathrooms. Panels are always going to be fragile in transport but the service when this happens is second to none”
