“Ordered a number of bathroom items and wall panelling, all products of a very high standard. Communication with the company was excellent, very clear with delivery dates. I would definitely recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd.”

“Person who sold me the panels was really good and helpful, went badly downhill after, delivery took much longer than expected (due to bank Holiday) so had to rearrange the bathroom fitter, delivery confirmed several times, both on the phone,via e mail, and text. Delivery van arrived, NO ORDER ON THERE...CALLED RUBBER DUCK . Explained that the fitter is here now and was waiting to fit them, they said they would look into what went wrong and call me back in 15 minutes, 1 hour later, no call, so again I had to to call them back, he said we were looking at tomorrow at the earliest and he was waiting for confirmation of this. I explained I have no bathroom at all, and if I miss this slot with the fitter, he can't come back until March 2025, and this was not an option as I am disabled and will really struggle without a way to shower for months. Solution was not offered. Worst and most unhelpful service I have ever recieved, still awaiting the call back, wish I could send you photo, but have got nothing to photograph as nothing has been delivered. The only positive is that at least the phone is answered when you call. Rubber Duck were recommended to me, my experience I hope is the exception rather than the rule. Will I ever see my 7 tounge and groove bathroom panels and 6 fitting strips? will I then have to walk around them in my lounge for the next 7 months, as it is the only room big enough to store them flat? Would I recommend Rubber duck bathrooms, think that would be a NO. Still waiting a call back... can't fill out your feed back questions further as this is still ongoing.”

Hi Alison, We're sorry you feel we deserve a 1 star rating here. As you mention, we were very helpful when placing the order with the team offering a discount across the order at the time and a dispatch confirmation / tracking info provided within an hour of placing your order. The items purchased carry a 2-5 working day ETA and come direct from the manufacturer, you placed your order at 3:35pm on Thursday last week. We're not sure where your expectation for delivery came from. With the bank holiday included, your items could arrive tomorrow and still be within the timescales we advised prior to ordering. While sympathetic about your personal circumstance, we are not responsible for the ordering of goods within such a tight timescale. We strongly advise all customers not to organise fitters on site until the goods have been received and checked for any issues to avoid circumstances like the one you describe. Moving forward we would suggest giving yourself a little more time to organise things appropriately. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Seal exactly what I needed as the was a 25mm gap between the screen and bath. Easy to fit (with a little dish soap). Very impressed with customer service. Original order was lost by the delivery company, contacted help line late Friday afternoon, replacement arrived Monday lunch time. Thank you for the fast turn around.”

“This was an online order. I found Rubberduck to be a reliable company to deal with. There were two small issues with the product itself, of which niether were RB's fault but they dealt with it very professionally. The management contacted me and a resolution was provided. You may only ever purchase one new bathroom in your lifetime but I would not hestitate to use Rubberduck if I move house and do it all again. Many thanks.”

“Cheapest price we could find for a fully Waterproof Bath Panel. Great Delivery within a couple of days and left with a neighbour, as we were out. Haven't fitted it yet but appears sturdy and good quality.”

“First time order with Rubberduck Bathrooms. Ordered Multipanel products, not yet installed hence cannot comment on the outcome but arrived in a good condition. A slight issue with the delivery timescale but that was the fault on the manfuacturer side. Thanks to Rubberduck's great customer service the issue was resolved in no time. Easy to talk, patient and able to advise. Also, competitive prices. Great experience overall.”

“The packaging for a shower screen wall fixing was superb, the packaging for the very small cover clip was seperate and excessive. Unfortunately the wait for the parts seemed long though it was only 7 days. Luckily i wasn't desperate for the part, I suppose the buying from screwfix/toolstation and others offering next day delivery makes it seem worse.”

“Fantastic customer service from ordering, delivery and aftercare. We bought shower panels with adhesive trims etc. I had trouble getting a discount code to work with my online order, when I called the person literally talked me through the process so I could use the online discount code. We had under ordered trim, they dispatched one extra super quick so as not to delay our project. We noticed 2 of the sealant were cream not white, they replaced these on next day delivery at no cost (even when I hadn’t checked the delivery properly within the first 24hrs). My husband fitted the shower room and when he had a question during the process, he called them and they were really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Seriously, one of the best companies I have ever bought from. And the product is not notch quality. Highly recommended. Very very happy customer. Thank you.”
