“Good, speedy delivery and a reasonable price - very happy with my taps. *It's a shame next day cut off is a bit early and it's not clear on check-out when delivery will be made, but could find the answer in the FAQs. Clear information and product detail easy to find on the website as I needed a tap for low water pressure. Thanks!”

“Rubberduck Bathrooms were quick to despatch my order and the product was as expected. However, use of Fedex let the process down - lots of confusing messages claiming they couldn’t deliver when we were here all the time and finished up sitting waiting for someone to find my order at the depot in order to complete our project on time.”

“I was kept informed of when my delivery was due and the tap itself was excellent. My only issue was asking for a spec about the tap was never replied to but I found the information elsewhere and your price was the best.”

“Order was made easily and the radiator arrived two days later. However there was an issue with it. Dealing with Mike at Rubberduck was quick and hassle free. A replacement radiator has now arrived two days after Mike sorted the issues with the manufacturer. Well done Mike, good service! Thank you Rubberduck Bathrooms”

“Even though the product we ordered arrived with some damage the team at rubber duck were quick to resolve the problem , which I must point out was due to the couriers . The 3 gents I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Spent quite a large sum of money with rubberduck over the last 2 months. I found their prices very competitive. Their communication was good apart from my last order which took longer than the others, which after confirmation of order, there were 8 days of radio silence, including an email requesting update on order being unanswered. But item arrived safely a few days later. Would buy from them again!”
