Delivery was not on time and my items arrived in three deliveries on three separate days. I also received an invoice for £24 from the courier although I was assured that delivery was free

Dear Ruairi, I'm sorry you are unhappy with our delivery service, but as you can appreciate most companies won't even deliver to the out most Highlands in Scotland. Rubberduck delivered for no extra change but needed to use two different couriers due to your location. For this service to the Highlands you were not charged but an additional charge from the courier got included with you delivery paperwork by mistake, Rubberduck once contacted explained this was an error and told you to ignore the invoice as it was for us, but unfortunately you have chosen to leave this two star review despite the service we provided that most others would not. Easy online ordering and early despatch of items all good but this was off-set by the very rude man who actually delivered the items so my overall star rating is poor, bad manners are never acceptable. Although his grasp and understanding of English may have been an issue, common courtesy, good manners and a smile is universally understood by everyone and he would do well to remember that!

Being asked to write a review but haven't received product. It was due tomorrow but have just had phone call saying it won't be until Thursday now due to our postcode! It's the same postcode as when I ordered!

Promised delivery date of a Tuesday wa delayed till 2 days later the Thursday. Nothing arrived so had to chase up today Friday. Rubber Duck unable to contact delivery firm. Still waiting.

We are sorry about the issues with your order of shower wall. ShowerWall is owned by Saint Gobain which was hit by a cyber attack (see the national and international news) which has mean all section of the Saint Gobain Group have had there IT systems closed for repair. This has lead onto all showerwall orders being done manually on paperwork and via phone calls. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Service from Rubberduck fine, unfortunate experience with the courrier they use - FED EX. They lost (tracked?) our order. Rubberduck had no more in stock so had to cancel order and reordered with another company. Refund prompt. FED EX delivered the product days later? - left with neighbour, yet put out name as recieving? Rubber duck notified and informed FED EX would collect. We had no further contact and FED EX arrived with no notification - luckily we arrived home as they were at the address.

Ordered whispering grass metallic grey shower wall panels. Green panels delivered in error. Not necessarily rubber duck fault but a mistake in supply chain. Order planned for following week.

Sorry you received the wrong colour items. We will look into why the item was picked incorrectly and double check the right items are labeled and stored in the right bay in the warehouse to avoid any further problems. We are glad we have the matter in hand and your boards will be delivered as arranged. Sorry for any inconvenience

Ordered multi panel shower cladding boards. I received a call to say the delivery was going to be a day later than planned due to a delay at the supplier. The item didn't arrive on the revised delivery day, or the day after. I chased the delivery and it then arrived the following day (2 days late). I wasn't kept in the loop by Rubber Duck. I'd be quackers to recommend them based on this experience.

Delivery was on the day stated but the incorrect parts were sent I have rang and asked for the correct items was promised it would be sent out the next day and I am still waiting

Sorry the incorrect parts were delivered (sureseal 2 of the fronts instead 1x back and 1x front) but the replacement part was dispatch straight away and checking the tracking has been delivered and signed for. Can you please check someone else has not taken the part in and and let you know. Thank you.

I am sorry to say my overall experience with using Rubber Duck and the shower room panels has been poor/ The panels were delivered wet and two were not flat so obviously not stored and delivered flat and had been left outside. Makes a complete mockery of your instructions to the purchaser that they must be stored flat and keep dry etc. I had to fit last panel by wedging it from an adjacent wall which has caused other problems by distorting the wall board underneath but that is the only way to get it to glue and had to do this to try to finish the job. With hindsight (I haven't used panels before) I should have rejected the delivery. Add to that the delivery chap wasn’t allowed to even enter my hall way of my house to help deliver the goods. Overall very unimpressed with the quality of the product and the condition in which it was delivered. Will never use again and would suggest to others to avoid using this product.

I'm sorry to read your review, but these panel are only 4mm thick and have a degree of flexibility they are not a ridged panel unlike plywood laminated panels, I believe you are referring too. We have been a retailer of these panel for more than ten years and have sold in excess of 10,000 with your negative comment being the first received. Regarding the panels being wet? I have no idea other than it was raining when the van was either loads or when your delivery took place. However these acrylic panels are fully water proof and will not have been effected in anyway. All delivery are door step only and drivers use there own discretion on entering a property, unfortunately you had a courier that choose not to enter.

despite paying £36 for delivery it still took 9 working days deliver after sending wrong parts first, although they replied quickly to each email sent they aren't practically interested in dealing with issues once they have your money, the product looks ok but I will look for a different supplier next time I order

Whilst the product was great value, the delivery was shocking, with non existent communication from either Rubberduck or the courier and no one taking responsibility for significant delays.

I found your pricing really competitive, which led me to purchase from you. Unfortunately I didn't check the wetwall on delivery or before cutting, so didn't notice the cupping on both axis. I am fortunately in the building trade so this wasn't to much of an problem but it could be for the general public. I would buy from you again but remember to check materials as soon as they arrive!

Delivery date repeatedly changed, now supposed to be delivered 17 days after order. had an email to say order HAS BEEN DISPATCHED day after the order (17th jan) brilliant i thought. Then had an update on 18th to say delivery delayed till 24th due to stock issues, I had confirmation email for 24th delivery on the 23rd, then received a phone call to say delivery will now be 30th. The only slight saving grace were the updates, but if you cannot supply, why was i able to order?

Sorry for the change in delivery dates. The website and system will always let you check out as it knows stock and the distribution will always automatically book you the next delivery date, but unfortunately the system does not know bath numbers, and with the number of boards you have ordered we have mad to make sure you get the same batch board as to not have a colour or shade difference.

one panel is damaged at both ends. I'm going to have to trim both panels to remove damages and make them the same size.

You multipanel boards are due with you today, Monday 31st. We emailed to you on the Friday the 28th with the deliver date. Multipanel boards are delivered on average in 3-5 working days as highlighted on the product. You placed your order on Tuesday 25th at 9:30pm and was process next morning, Wednesday, meaning you will be receiving your item in 4 working days. We would be greatful if you could update your review once you receive your items today.

I ordered the goods on 15/9/2016, by the 23/9/2016 I had heard nothing so I phoned at 4.30 but was told the factory shut at 4.00 so he would check on mon morning and phone me back, as I had not heard anything by 12.00 I phoned again and was told he would have to check with the factory and phone me back. This time he did phone back and said the factory had been out of stock but had now got in stock and it would be delivered on 5/10/2016 making it 14 days from start to finish.

Waited 2 weeks for the item, then had to phone and chase, at which point the wheels seemed to gain a bit of momentum. Shouldn't have to do the leg work for you

Sorry there was an issue with your order. Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and we were unaware thee item had got lost in the post until you made us aware. We did straight away have a new one dispatched, this time on a different service and glad you received this quickly.

Took day off work for delivery,never arrived phoned and courier said had made contact NOT TRUE, rearranged another delivery day product arrived.

In response - the image on your website shows the waste with a 200mm flange. The one you sent has a flange of around 70-80mm. Your drawing is incorrect. Sent wrong part. Promised to ring back. Never bothered. Sent back for a refund, still waiting. Not impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. the Item ordered was a RSHSFWV roman Vinyl waste for use with a roman wetroom kit which was dispatched direct from Roman. We received the item back in the post and have check the item and it is the correct item and matches the item drawing and description. As you were within the UK law of 14 days return policy a refund has been raised. These refund can take upto 30 working days to process and show on your credit card as highlighted in our terms and conditions.

After further investigation, the refund WAS and HAS BEEN processed on the 19th Aug, 48 hours after the item was received as a return.
