“Made a purchase online very late Saturday. Email confirmation of order received on the Monday quickly followed by another indicating next day delivery (Tuesday) with a one hour delivery slot. Arrived spot on and as the delivery was free of charge absolutely no complaints.”

“My order was in two parts, I received one and the other went too a other address. I received a replacement within 48 hours, that's why only 4 stars. Other wise my first online experience with Roys would have earned them 5 stars.”

“Gift arrived on time but packaging damaged, not Roy’s fault, but it looked liked it had been trodden on. This, I’m sure, is the delivery guys.”
