“Really like the product, Had an issue with delayed delivery, but this was at the fault of the courier and not Roys. I contacted Roys when my product failed to arrive, and they very quickly responded to let me know what had happened and when i could expect it.”

“Item (watering can) arrived broken. Not 'Roy's' fault but the couriers. Contacted Roy's, e-mailed a picture, and they very quickly confirmed a full refund with a sincere apology.”

“Made a purchase online very late Saturday. Email confirmation of order received on the Monday quickly followed by another indicating next day delivery (Tuesday) with a one hour delivery slot. Arrived spot on and as the delivery was free of charge absolutely no complaints.”
