“I used the click and collect service to order a tree skirt and then collected in store. Roys offer an extremely professional service. All the staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful (customer service and main department store). There are lots of staff available throughout the stores to offer help if needed, nothing is too much trouble.”

“Love Roy’s no faults! Only very small thing is my click and collect order came in a used bag where handles had been stretched and what I bought was a bit big for the bag so didn’t feel very protected, just seemed a little slack but really is only minor minor issue”
