“Ordered items from the Garden centre in Wroxham via Click & Collect. Had an email confirmation that advised the items were ready to collect. Upon arrival at the store nobody could find the items and there were no more in stock. Roy's stock system said they had 7 in stock when I placed the order. Roys at Dereham showed 4 in stock but when I got there they had none. Wasted journey & fuel.”
