“If I could give more than a five star review... I would. I purchased some outdoor Xmas lanterns from Roys, only to find that I was short of some baskets that the lights sit in. I contacted Roy’s and couldn’t ask for better customer service. They were polite, fast and very understanding that my kids wanted the Xmas lights up and sent an immediate replacement that arrived within 2 days. I will definitely recommend this seller and without doubt be shopping here again the future.”
