“Brilliant service. I found what I wanted on line, a casserole I had bought before but Roys were the cheapest even with the postage. I phoned to double check as I didn't want to waste time and postage. The gentleman I spoke to went and checked and put one aside for me and phoned me back to let me know. The casserole arrived the next day after I placed the order, it was packed extremely well. Excellent service I would definitely use again. Thank you”

“I purchased a Dyson which was a very great price it was delivered very quick, but the Dyson would not charge I contacted Roy's and they had one in store and said they would just swap them over,the new one was delivered the next day and they took the old one way fantastic service great customer service.”
