“I would give 6 stars if it were possible! I could not be happier with the service that I received from Roy's. I ordered a set of glasses which were dispatched and received quickly, sadly one was slightly damaged, I informed them of this and a replacement glass was shipped out within a week of my original contact. I'm thrilled with the product as it was such a good price to begin with and I am over the moon with such fabulous customer service. Thank you!”

“Item arrived well packaged and quicker than I expected. A bit smaller than I thought it was, although my fault for not realising from the measurements supplied which were correct. Its still in the box until I finish work outside but no reason to suspect it doesn't work. Looks good.”
